Vintage buco jacket, motorcycle jacket, 1949-50 j-71, sz40-42, brown label
You are admiring a beautiful vintage buco jacket, motorcycle jacket, dating from 1949- 50, that is every day wearable. My estimate of the date is based on the original brown buco [buco product] label, and the small tooth conmar and talons zippers, including the even smaller tooth chest pocket zipper. The leather shell is in tough, thick, supple shape, showing only surface abrasion.
The shearling fur collar is without issue, as is the liner. All zippers and original belt are intact and work as the should. I added new leather zipper puller pulls. The tags reads 42 for size 42, however, the jacket is sized as a trim smaller size 42 or 40. With that in mind, please read the measurements carefully to insure a proper fit.
Laid flat pit to pit: 22", front length: 20", sleeves from the shoulder seam to end of cuff: 25", shoulder seam to shoulder seam at the top back: 18 1/2", back length from the collar seam to the bottom of the back: 23 1/4.
