Good used condition, no rips or holes, smoke free home, the leather shows normal wear with just a few small marks in places, the ends of the cuffs show normal wear, all zippers are original and work great, the bottom of the zipper does show some fraying but is intact, Langlitz Leathers are hand made in Portland Oregon, known for quality throughout the world.
