Take a look at the picture of the sleeves to see the amazing shape of the leather. The lining is beginning to fray, particularly at the bottom, so while there's plenty of life left it will eventually need to be patched or replaced. In addition, there is a leather-embossed name-tag sewn into the lining. You could unstitch it if you wanted. The collar shows one tiny nick.
The leather itself has an amazing color and subtle grain. The jacket has been conditioned generously, but please bear in mind this is sturdy, armor-like leather. Despite being well broken in, it is not what I would describe as soft, it's much more like the heavy, competition leather you see from the likes of Vanson. Please take a close look at the pictures, they are a key part of the description.
The jacket is marked size 42 and fits quite slim. I used to be a pretty standard 42 and the jacket fit me well with a t-shirt or maybe a very light sweater.
It is not generously cut like some of Aero's vintage styled jackets. Please take a close look at the measurements and know your size. Approximate measurements, taken with a fabric measuring tape. Shoulder, across back: 18.75 inches. Chest, from pit to pit: 21.25 inches.
Back length, from the bottom of the collar: 25.5 inches. Front zipper length: 20 inches. Sleeve length, from the shoulder seam: 24 inches.Feel free to ask any questions.
