I'm a Large, 40/42 chest and tried this on for size with a jumper underneath and its a regular fit, still with a little room, if you are a Medium, standard 38 chest it will be a relaxed/loose fit as it was intended. Ou could get it tailored in to your exact size requirements. Fine also for an XL - 44 chest as a slim fit look.
